History
October 5, 2015:
Founding partners and pharmacists Courtney and Jerry, set out on a journey to create a community pharmacy that had a patient centred focus and one that actively do health promotion in terms of lifestyle modification needed to maintain optimum health. The aim – pharmacist taking a more visible role as a active member of the healthcare team. As a result CJ Professional Pharmacy was began serving the community of Montego Bay.
March 2017 :
In light of the challenges face at the Cornwall Regional Hospital we where approached by National health fund to be a part of a pilot program that seek to foster a public private partnership for pharmacy service for public patients (of the hospital and surrounding community clinics)
March 2018:
We expanded our operations to the Sagicor Commercial Centre giving us access to a wider section of the Montego Bay Community. At this location we now provide an additional service of providing healthy eating options though our Deli service.
July 2019:
Embracing new innovation in pharmacy we started exploring ways to bring our message to the online community.
